About Us
Pet Pit Stop was born in a veterinary hospital. Its founders Sachin Trivedi, MBA, Dr. Ed Shin, DVM and Dr. Sameer Trivedi, DVM had a vision to help hospitals deal with issues such as call-outs, leaves, training, and hiring, to help make things easier for veterinary hospital owners, doctors and managers; so they can focus on more important things like quality of care and pets in the hospital today.
What we found out was eye opening to us. By enlisting virtual assistants, we helped doctors leave on time, ensured that their technicians were not answering phone calls or chasing charts and basic information, and managers more focused on the day’s patients and team. We saw more efficiency, more pets in less time, and more revenues, growth, and profitability.
